E ngaki ana a mua, e tōtō mai ana a muri

First clear the weeds, then plant

Make time for mind weeding

[Dr Elder, 2020]

Register for our December hauora webinar. Join Tuihana Ohia (Ngāi te Rangi, Ngāti Pukenga, Te Arawa, Ngāi Pākehā) who will lead you on a guided journey into a calm space of wellbeing, to lead us into Christmas and beyond. When did you take, make, create time and space to remember the light, the superpowers within? Let’s pause, give ourselves permission to pause, take a moment of reflection and bask in remembering the light of us and our pūmanawa. Let’s clear the weeds.
