Join us for an hour to dream, of creating safe and regenerative spaces that allow for the growth of your hauora (well-being). Christmas can be a time of stress and challenge, planning has begun for the new year ahead and our bodies are tired, ready for rest and recreation.
The kōrero focuses on the kaupapa of whakatā, reflection and moemoeā. Together we will examine the hōnonga (connection between challenges, dramas, and stress) and the opportunity for learning and growth that comes from being in this space.
As we farewell 2023 and welcome in 2024, we pause to reflect on all we have achieved and learnt, how we have grown, and what has been gifted and received. We look at how all of these can shape, and provide inspiration, and thought for our moemoeā – our dream, our vision – for the year ahead.
The session will provide you with practical tools useful for the navigation of the year ahead and taonga for your kete.
