I have almost 10 years of experience in project management, training, and research field with solid knowledge and expertise in program and administration management from development sector, non-government organizations (NGOs), humanitarian context, for-profit and consultancy organizations. I have successfully completed 40 research projects of various national, regional and international organizations such as Novo Nordisk Foundation, IOM, UNICEF, UNDP, JICA, USAID, Oxfam, Plan International, Simavi etc. from Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Nepal, and the Philippines. My thematic expertise expands over: humanitarian response, Rohingya response, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), migration, WASH, women rights and empowerment, health etc.
