My research focusses on public policy support for SMEs, with a focus on entrepreneurs from communities that are traditionally underrepresented, such as Indigenous entrepreneurs, women, migrants and refugees. Currently I work at Massey University and I serve as the President of the Small Enterprise Association of Australia and New Zealand and as the Editor in Chief of Small Enterprise Research.
