I am the founder and Principal of Pacific Perspectives Ltd (PPL), providing policy advice, research, evaluation, and workforce development to strengthen Pacific health and wellbeing. My background as a GP and in community primary healthcare and public sector roles shapes my commitment to culturally grounded, community‑led solutions. I advocate for Pacific health equity through board and advisory roles, and our research at PPL supports decision‑makers with Pacific‑centred health services and policy focused evidence. Since 2011, I’ve worked with Pacific nursing leaders on the Aniva Programme, strengthening the workforce and embedding Pacific knowledge in health services. I was born in Samoa and now call Aotearoa home.
