Shari Tidswell


My employment background is in adult education, social services and public health. Currently working as a contractor (Social Change Consulting), supporting social services providers with service design, policy development, evaluations and research. My work experience in operational and relationship managment, health promotion, and tertiary education gives my research and evaluation practice pragmatism. My academic qualification is in demography and I employ these data skills in my research and evaluations. I want my work to be used to improve outcomes for hāpri and kaimahi, so a strive to share the information with all stakeholders. I am committed to implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi and advocating for the communities I work with.
