Lata Rana holds a PhD degree from the University of Melbourne. Lata currently works (Senior lecturer) at the School of Early Childhood Education – UNITEC Institute of Technology – part of Te Pūkenga. Lata has extensive experience of teaching and research. Lata's research interest are globalisation and education; cultural diversity; critical multiculturalism; gender and early childhood education research.
