Jennifer Montgomery is a clinician, researcher, advocate, and systems-focused leader with over a decade of experience across mental health and care settings in Aotearoa. Her work centres trauma-informed, rights-based approaches that honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and elevate lived and community voices.
