I support organisations in diagnosing dysfunctions existing within social systems, understanding the dynamics of complex and systemic social problems, designing models and interventions, developing effective evaluation, and monitoring systems, and developing process within organisations which ensures that the use of evidence is at the centre of decision-making.
Currently, I am the Research Lead (secondment) for the Transnational Organised Crime (TNOC) Harm Methodology Project. On my substantive role, I am an Advisor (Intervention Design and Evaluation) at the New Zealand Police National Headquarters Office (Evidence-Based Policing).
