Atelaite Taupeavai Mapa is a Moana public health creative-practitioner committed to Indigenous systems change and social justice. With a background in policy, research, and creative methodologies, her work amplifies Moana Oceanic intelligence in health systems design. She specialises in activating Te Tiriti, decolonial approaches, and youth-led critical systems thinking to drive impact.
