The remarks of Garth Nowland-Foreman, Chair of the Committee for the Study of the New Zealand Non-Profit Sector on the launch of ‘The New Zealand Non-Profit Sector in Comparative Perspective’ – undertaken as a part of the international Comparative Non-Profit Sector Project, Johns Hopkins University. The key findings of the research are summarised and some implications for public policy identified.
