This community-led, co-designed research project explores the impact of Northcote’s Urban Regeneration on community wellbeing. The research undertaken involved meaningful engagement with a diverse cross-section of the Northcote population and local organisations currently working at a grassroots level. The purposes include:

• Providing residents with the ability and opportunity for their experiences and voices to be heard
• Utilising a strengths-based approach to explore the community’s experiences of wellbeing during a time of significant change.
• Engaging local populations to identify and co-construct wellbeing strategies to mitigate negative experiences during times of neighbourhood regeneration.
• Translating the findings into action through collaboration with local agencies
