West 5: 4 Trauma – an action research project report

West 5: 4 Trauma is an action research project that looks at a model for trauma sensitive schooling within 5 different primary schools in West Auckland. The project used a framework of 8 principles, with three focus areas to provide structure to the model. The aim was to determine the key success factors of the model and how they might look different in practice across different primary school settings.
