Matariki Hauora – Celebration of You, Whānau & Workplaces

( Kai and kōrero)

Moana Minson, Tuihana Ohia,

Matariki provides us that opportunity to celebrate your journey, within your self, your whānau and your workplaces. A time to look back, replenish and nourish – through reflection, kai, feasting and coming together to share lessons and learnings. A time to reset for the year ahead, set intentions and goals.

In this session we spend some time reflecting and give consideration to how we manage the cacophony of these times and find strength amongst adverse and challenging times. We will also seek the path of the approaching new year with a mind for finding and celebrating the moments of harikoa and wheriko – enriching ourselves, our whānau and our wāhi mahi.

This was a free community-uplifting webinar, with a Matariki focus as we gathered, reflected, and forged ahead together.
