Nuke Martiarini

I am a Muslim woman, a PhD student at Massey University based in Auckland, and originally from Indonesia. I am researching Muslim Migrant Women in Aotearoa and how they navigate spaces as Muslims and as an ethnic minority using A Qualitative Method. I am interested in how they independently develop their “own community” to upskill as a person, motivate each other within the group, bringing family members within the community as
a part of teaching the younger generation (intergenerational volunteering). Also, how they develop the community partnership with another native group (Maori), other minorities, and the government agent.
