Caralyn Purvis

I am a research and evaluation professional with a wide-range of interests and experience across health, education, and social sectors. I am skilled in using a range of mixed-method data to best understand the context and facilitate change. Originally qualified as a Speech-Language Therapist, I subsequently obtained a PhD in Health Sciences, and enjoy drawing on skills from both to inform my work. More recently, I have adopted an improvement science approach to evaluate initiatives and services situated in complex-adaptive systems. I enjoy working with people and data to help achieve optimal outcomes for all communities.
