SSPA has been working with some sector leaders on what a reset of the social services system could look like. We’ve prepared an agenda for change and are now ready to take these ideas forward. The aim is to invite a widespread collaboration for change. Our agenda for change sets out the transformational changes we want to see for our sector’s work with children and families, and to ensure we have the innovative and sustainable provider sector we want to be. Big changes are needed. We’re issuing an invitation to government, community sector and philanthropy to collaborate on transforming the sector. It is also an invitation for the sector itself to look at the changes we may need to make ourselves and to commit to collective change.
